Эволюция представлений о синдромах белых точек (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
Несколько неинфекционных задних увеитов, имеющих схожие между собой клинические проявления, более пятидесяти лет назад были объединены в группу с названием синдромы белых точек (СБТ) и продолжают активно изучаться. С одной стороны, на сегодняшний день об этих заболеваниях известно довольно много, а с другой – расширение диагностических возможностей и применение мультимодальной визуализации способствовали существенной трансформации представлений об СБТ. По современным представлениям большинство из этого синдрома СБТ являются первичными хориокапилляритами, а результаты ряда исследований демонстрируют, что каждый синдром представляет собой уникальную сущность. При этом некоторые авторы исследований считают, что термин «синдромы белых точек» утратил свою актуальность, а клиницистами обсуждается пересмотр классификации СБТ.
