СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИИ, ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ТЕРАПИИ КОЛОРЕКТАЛЬНОГО РАКА
Аннотация
Целью данного обзора является анализ современных данных о колоректальном раке (КРР). Колоректальный рак в последнее время является одной из наиболее актуальных медико-социальных проблем, требующих самого пристального внимания исследователей. Колоректальный рак может быть наследственным неполипозным (синдром Линча), наследственным при наличии семейного аденоматоза и спорадическим (ненаследственный). У больных язвенным колитом риск развития КРР зависит от давности заболевания, протяженности поражения толстой кишки, наличия сочетания с первичным склерозирующим холангитом, КРР у кровных родственников.Проблема КРР еще далека от окончательного решения - требуются дальнейшие исследования по выяснению причин и механизмов развития предраковых изменений в толстой кишке и КРР и по усовершенствованию методов хирургического и химиотерапевтического лечения больных и мер профилактики заболевания.
