УДЛИНЯЮЩИЕ КИШЕЧНИК ОПЕРАЦИИ ПРИ СИНДРОМЕ КОРОТКОЙ КИШКИ У ДЕТЕЙ
Аннотация
Синдром короткой кишки (СКК) - это тяжелое заболевание, резвившееся в результате массивной резекции кишечника и проявляющееся хронической кишечной недостаточностью. Лечение детей с СКК является сложной проблемой. Хроническая кишечная недостаточность у таких пациентов корригируется длительным использованием парентерального питания, которое является жизненно необходимым элементом лечения при СКК. Однако длительное применение парентерального питания сопряжено с риском развития опасных для жизни осложнений. В настоящее время наиболее эффективными методами хирургического лечения СКК являются методы удлинения тонкой кишки - метод продольного кишечного удлинения (longitudinal intestinal lengthening and tailoring) и последовательная поперечная энтеропластика (serial transverse enteroplasty). Применение этих методов направлено на увеличение контакта питательных веществ со слизистой оболочкой кишечника и уменьшение патологического застоя кишечного содержимого. Это достигается увеличением длины кишечника и сужением его просвета. Обе удлиняющие кишечник операции эффективны и безопасны. Каждая из методик имеет свои особенности.
