ОТ ТРАДИЦИОННОГО ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ К СОВРЕМЕННОЙ КАРДИОЗАЩИТЕ: РОЛЬ EPILOBIUM ANGUSTIFOLIUM В РЕГУЛЯЦИИ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТОГО РИСКА

Аннотация
Кипрей узколистный (Epilobium angustifolium L.) – многолетнее травянистое растение, широко распространённое в Северном полушарии, включая территорию России. Традиционно листья и цветки растения используются для приготовления чая, ценного за его органолептические и лечебные свойства. В настоящем обзоре обобщены современные знания о полезных свойствах кипрея: его фитохимический состав, традиционное применение, фармакологические свойства и, в частности, его потенциальная роль в здоровье сердечно-сосудистой системы. Основными биологически активными соединениями являются полифенолы, флавоноиды, фенолкарбоновые кислоты и макроциклический эллагитаннин оенотеин B, обеспечивающий антиоксидантные и противовоспалительные свойства. Ряд исследований свидетельствуют о выраженных противовоспалительных, антиоксидантных, антибактериальных и ингибирующих ферменты свойствах растения, которые могут способствовать защите сердечно-сосудистой системы.
Доклинические данные подчеркивают его противовоспалительные, антиоксидантные, антитромботические и сосудорасширяющие эффекты, однако клинические данные остаются ограниченными. Подчеркивается необходимость проведения более целенаправленных клинических исследований для подтверждения традиционных представлений и оценки терапевтического потенциала кипрея при сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях.
