ЦИТОРЕДУКТИВНАЯ ХИРУРГИЯ С ГИПЕРТЕРМИЧЕСКОЙ ВНУТРИБРЮШИННОЙ ХИМИОТЕРАПИЕЙ (HIPEC). ИСТОРИЧЕСКАЯ ПЕРСПЕКТИВА

Аннотация

Цель исследования: проанализировать научные публикации, посвященные циторедуктивной хирургии с проведением внутрибрюшной гипертермической химиотерапии (CRS/HIPEC).Материал и методы: зарубежные и отечественные научные публикации.Результаты и обсуждение. В зарубежной литературе опубликованы результаты клинических исследований, оценивающих эффективность CRS/HIPEC по сравнению с циторедуктивной хирургией (CRS) у пациентов с перитонеальным канцероматозом различной этиологии. Показатели длительной выживаемости были выше в группе больных, которым выполнялась CRS/HIPEC. Несмотря на достаточное множество многоцентровых ретроспективных исследований по изучению лечения перитонеального канцероматоза различной этиологии, пока еще нет однозначного ответа, определяющего показания и противопоказания для выполнения CRS/HIPEC.Медицинский вестник Башкортостана. Лечение перитонеального канцероматоза и эволюция процедуры HIPEC направлены на оптимизацию разных методов лечения, включая селекцию пациентов, предоперационную подготовку, а также определение наиболее безопасных и эффективных схем химиотерапии. Для этого необходимы исследования в области CRS/HIPEC для дальнейшей стандартизации данной методики.
