ХИРУРГИЧЕСКАЯ АНАТОМИЯ НЕРВОСБЕРЕГАЮЩЕЙ РОБОТ- АССИСТИРОВАННОЙ РАДИКАЛЬНОЙ ПРОСТАТЭКТОМИИ

Аннотация

Хирургическая анатомия нервосберегающей простатэктомии постоянно модернизируется и предлагаются новые объемы нервосбережения и виды улучшения функциональных результатов. В нашем обзоре представлены хирургические аспекты нервосбережения. Представлен наш опыт использования водоструйной диссекции сосудисто-нервных пучков с целью улучшения функциональных результатов после робот-ассистированной радикальной простатэктомии.
